Participant Agreement

This agreement sets out what you can expect from us, and what we will expect from you, so we can create the best possible experience together.

1) Commitment

• Filming sessions take place on 13th, 14th, or 15 October 2025 (or a date we have agreed with you). You will book one date.

• The group premiere is on 18th November 2025. Participation requires attending both your filming session and the premiere.

2) Your Rights

• You will always have full editing rights over your one-to-one filmed conversation. Only the version you approve will be shown

• You can request deletion of your raw footage or final film at any time

• Your participation is voluntary; you choose the level of openness you’re comfortable with

3) Privacy & Data

• Your recording will be used only for creating your personal film and the cohort showreel (clips shown alongside peers)

• Files are stored securely in our our secured workspace e.g. Google Workspace, with access limited to the delivery team

• Recordings are retained for up to 12 months, then securely deleted unless you ask us to retain them longer

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any point by emailing info@liminalspaceconsulting.co.uk

4) Flexibility & Cancellation

• If you cancel more than 14 days before your filming date, we’ll offer you a place in a later cohort at no extra cost

• Any transfer or cancellation requests should be emailed to info@liminalspaceconsulting.co.uk

5) Confidentiality & Group Safety

• The cohort is capped at 12 participants.

• The premiere is a private event for participants and the delivery team; it is not public

• All participants commit to respect the privacy of what is shared by others (Chatham House Rule)

6) Consent

By agreeing to take part and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and consent to being filmed for the purposes described above
