Participant Agreement

This agreement sets out what you can expect from us, and what we will expect from you, so we can create the best possible experience together.

1) Commitment

• You will book a 90minute filming date that works with your schedule and our

2) Your Rights

• You will always have full editing rights over your one-to-one filmed conversation. Only the version you approve will be shown

• You can request deletion of your raw footage or final film at any time

• Your participation is voluntary; you choose the level of openness you’re comfortable with

3) Privacy & Data

• Your recording will be used only for creating your personal film

• Files are stored securely in our our secured workspace e.g. Google Workspace, with access limited to the delivery team

• Recordings are retained for up to 12 months, then securely deleted unless you ask us to retain them longer

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any point by emailing info@adirectorscut.com

4) Flexibility & Cancellation

• If you cancel more than 14 days before your filming date, we’ll work with you to find alternative dates at no extra cost

• Any transfer or cancellation requests should be emailed to info@adirectorscut.com

5) Consent

By agreeing to take part and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and consent to being filmed for the purposes described above
