What you will experience

Scoping Call (15 mins, Zoom)

A short, informal conversation to meet, answer questions, and ensure you feel at ease. No preparation is needed. The purpose is simply to orient you to what’s ahead.

Shoot (90 mins, Central London)

Held in a quiet, private studio a short walk from Liverpool Street. This is a one-to-one space, unscripted and without performance. You’ll be guided through a reflective conversation, filmed with broadcast-quality sound and visuals. Many describe this as surprisingly calm — more like a dialogue than an interview.

Receiving Your Films (3–4 weeks after shoot)

You will receive two private films:

• A 3–5 minute highlights cut capturing the essence of your conversation.

• A full length cut holding the richness of your reflection.

This will be supported by specific recommendations based on our experiences around how you might want to first watch your films to get the most from the experience.

Delivered via a secure private link (MP4, 1080p). These are for your eyes only until you decide otherwise. You retain full editorial control — nothing is shared without your approval.

Debrief Call (60 mins, Zoom)

By this stage you will already have watched your film privately. The debrief call is a chance to reflect on what you’ve seen, how it felt, and what it shows you about yourself. It’s a rare moment to talk through the experience of being on film in this way, and to begin deciding which parts — if any — you may wish to share at the group premiere. You remain in full control throughout: nothing leaves this space without your consent.

Première (90 mins, Central London)

This is more than a closing event. It is a trusted gathering of up to 12 peers, each choosing what to share from their own reflection. Sitting together in this kind of space is rare, and it cannot be replicated alone. It is here that the process deepens — where leaders see and are seen and where the collective experience becomes the defining moment of the journey. Carefully curated and facilitated, the premiere is held with respect and confidentiality, ensuring it is both safe and respectful.
